The book also contains a preface by Apatoff and “Memories of My Father”, an affectionate and very insightful tribute to her father by Barbara Dorne Bullas.

The book is well produced though if I have a criticism it is that some of the pictures are a bit too small despite plenty of available space and perhaps missing is a page or two about Dorne’s technique: After numerous jobs such as managing a newsstand and acting as an office boy,  as well as a short professional boxing career, Dorne began working in advertising.
