The intended victims aren’t exactly like Justin described. The first target will be a criminal, the second will also have terminal cancer.

View all 12 comments. I was pretty satisfied with how it all came together and how the author wrapped things up With this in mind, can he kill the next one? Hence my enjoyment I think. In the blurb it says that nothing is what it seems This tale seems to be full of holes. Nothing and no-one is what they first seem. After Ted has killed his next two targets Ted will become the next persons target. I had to put this down eventually, just because it felt like tons of bits had been edited out of this story, but they still decided it publish it with all the missing parts. It was ridiculous in the context of the scene. But after being diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor he finds himself with a gun to his temple, ready to pull the trigger. Planning to release more bejjamin on the horizon, he will continue to gain momentum, as he carries on into the foreseeable future.

Justin says he knows that Ted wants to kill himself. I have to say the benja,in of the epilogue especially the possum in the flowerpots totally escaped me so if anyone can enlighten me, I’d greatly appreciate it!

As soon as I turned the last page of this novel I had to question once again the publisher’s decision to a change the title and b come up with a dustjacket blurb that hardly matches what goes in in this book, because when all is said and done, the original Spanish title is much more reflective of the nature of what benuamin here and the blurb points people in a sort of misleading direction.


Kill the Next One was such a good thriller book.

Published on the 4th of June it was again a stand-alone book with a highly intriguing premise at the heart of its story. I was trying to figure out what the hell was going to happen before it would. The first target is a criminal, and the second is a man with terminal cancer, who, like Ted, wants to die. It was interesting, but it felt like there was a lot of details and extra stuff that could have been left out.
